Returns

Gift card will not be replaced and is non-refundable. – Items must be returned within 7 days of the date received.

Returns must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. And it must be in the original box

Non-Returnable Items:

Some non-returnable items: – Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) – Custom products (These are custom made and manufactured to order.)

– Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Return Process:

2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if approved, how to print out a return shipping label before mailing us back your product.

Refunds

Inspection and Approval:

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on original method of payment.

Processing Time:

Refund within 15 days.

Exchanges

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable!
